Account and Downloads

I purchased my subscription. What’s next?

Now you can download eMedia music lesson titles to your Mac or Windows computer. You will need your eMedia Music Academy serial number to use the software. The serial number and software download links are listed on the Subscription page in your eMedia account control panel.

I never received an email with software download instructions.

To download your software, visit the Subscription page in your eMedia account control panel and click “Visit Download Page” on the right-hand side of the page. Please add "emediamusic.com" to your list of trusted senders to ensure that you receive emails from eMedia.

Can I run multiple copies of eMedia Music Academy titles at the same time?

Your subscription allows you to run one application at a time. While you can’t run multiple titles at the same time, eMedia Music Academy applications can be installed on different computers and run at different times.

My computer died, and now I don’t have the software or emails. What do I do?

Visit the Subscription page in your eMedia account control panel. From there you can see your eMedia Music Academy serial number and download the software.

I forgot my Password.

At the eMedia account login page, choose “Forgotten Password” and enter the email address associated with your account to have a password emailed to you.

I have finished my first eMedia Method. How do I get more?

Visit the Subscription page in your eMedia account control panel and click “Visit Download Page” on the right-hand side of the page to download another software package.

When I try to download the software, it doesn’t download all the way.

Check with your Internet Service Provider to be sure you have a solid connection and try again. Make sure you have enough room on your hard drive to download the software. Most titles are under 600MB. eMedia Singing Method is approximately 1GB.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging in to your account and clicking on the “Cancel” link. Subscription charges are monthly. If you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged again unless you renew your subscription.

How do I renew my subscription?

If at any time you wish to renew your subscription, you may do so by logging in to your account and clicking on the “Renew” link.
